This guy I think is not a compassionate being. I mean he was taking advantage of a woman who was not in a complete state of mind. If he did sleep with her, it's not far from rape, if not rape, since he knowingly did that fully knowing she was not in a clear headed, but affected, state of mind.

This is ridiculous. The need for sex was SOOOO PRESSING! Girl, won't you eff me to keep me from dying? Puleeze.

The guy was telling her she was always considered a catch to him cause he was looking to get laid. If he was looking for quality, he wouldn't have jumped on crazy titty girl like she was a stray grenade and he is Action Dan.

And to tell the OP she should've been more bold? For what? To nab THAT guy? Ewwww! If she had gotten in a titty flash war over him we'd probably just have one more "what can't I find a good girl?" threads posted by another double standard ass.

Class is class and the OP outshined Action Dan and Boobie girl by far.

Oh, so you're just willfully being obtuse. Okay then.

:lmao: yep... and it's not the first time I've been called that before!

sorry.. I seriously don't want to pick fights with anyone on here. I just think this whole scenerio is pretty disgusting and sort of sad really... and I sincerely hope that not all guys are that shallow... oops, excuse me... that "primal".

This one is pushing it it a little.

Here were his choices:

1. Wait and see if the 'connection' he thought he made talking on the porch for an hour meant anything, when 99/100 times it doesnt.

2. Take the sure thing, a hot girl who was ready to go.

Given the fact that he was probably drinking, too, and is single...it would be tough to turn down option 2. Is it sleazy? Yes, yes it is. Is it wrong? Absolutely not.

I see everyones point, she wasnt classy, but he still went toward her. I just have to say that if the girl was truly 'gorgeous' and gave the 'Im ready to go' impression to a single guy, it would be hard for that guy to turn her away.

Also, houseparties generally are all about hooking up, not findind everlasting love. Kind of like a bar. I dont think anyone is wrong here, I just think thats the way life goes sometimes.

Should he turn down what is essentially 'free pickings', with a hot girl, for the chance to maybe possibly someday date this other woman?

It all depends entirely on what he wants. His choice makes it clear what he was after. There's nothing "wrong" with it.

Come on, thats asking a bit much, no?

lol, what? Are you suggesting that men can't control themselves and will jump the first chick who flashes her tits at him?

He's single.

She is supposedly 'gorgeous'.

Why does he WANT to 'control himself' from her sexual advances? He doesnt.

I remember the Bachelor .. London Calling...

The very first night, this girl slips her panties in his pocket. Trying to stand out, yes, did it work, no.

I realize that life isn't like t.v., but I'm using it as an example. A guy looking for something serious isn't going to start a make out session with a flasher after hearing from BW that she's interested in him.

He's looking for fun.

but can't a single guy be both looking for fun as well as a serious relationship?

while I agree that he certainly didn't help his chances with OP by messing with ms. flashtastic at such close proximity to her and on the same night that he professed this supposed crush on her and makes it reek of BS - some of you are essentially saying that because the dude took an easy opportunity that he is all of a sudden not capable of being a good boyfriend. that is complete BS. It is perfectly within OP's right to decide that she personally is not into the guy because of this little escapade, but to label the guy some undatable lech because he (gasp) hooked up at a house party is kind of inane.

I'm not saying its not okay to have fun, but come on... if the guy was actually interested in OP, he'd have not started the make out session with flasher. I think he's just looking for fun. I think by calling OP the next day or whatever, says that he wants someone on the back burner.

Like I said, it depends on what he wants.

Not all men would want to jump a girl who just flashed her tits. Not all men are constantly looking for an easy lay and grabbing every opportunity that comes up.

Agreed. Just as I stated earlier, the drunk girl made a move before the original poster. There is no right/wrong in this situation.

You snooze, you lose.

I get so tired of these threads "I've been in love with _____ for 3 years and I don't know if I'm wasting my time?"

Well kiss that person and find out! Make a move! DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING!

But in a sense, she did make the move, she let the guy know she was into him. What he chose to do was make out with the flasher.

Actually, HE made the move and she did nothing. Guys always have to compete for the girl. She could have hung in there and competed for him, but she didn't.

HE told HER that he saw her as a catch. She never said anything about how she felt to him. It's possible that she reacted neutrally and he thought she wasn't interested.

Fact is, if she had made a bolder move, she probably would have caught him first.

But she walked away and left him there when the other girl flashed her boobs, right? Sounds like a concession to me...

No, she didn't let him know she was into him, at least not from what she's posted about it (in fact, she said that she's rather demure). She said they chatted, the girl flashed them, and she walked away from it.

Really... I must have misread something here...

But, okay, so he always thought of her as a catch, so he makes out with the first girl to flash him? In front of OP. Then calls her the next day, very possibly after hooking up with this girl. To me, that doesn't say much other then he's not looking for anything serious.

FLASHES HIM HER BOOBS IN FRONT OF ME and then asks him what he thinks of them...etc. I walked away.

Am I the only one who caught this?

You walked away right? Either in disgust OR the fact the you didn't think you could compete with such an overt sexual act. You basically allowed this other woman to get to you, take over the situation and you left the scene. So what signal do you think that send to the guy you were talking to?

Sure they were making out when you left the party, you basically threw up the white flag and showed that you didn't think enough of him to compete for him. No not by flashing your titties but by standing up to this brazen hussy by simply standing your ground and staying right there.

The world is full of competition, that girl played dirty pool and you let her.

As far as the guy, hard to say. If it was me and the girl I was talking to just walked away I guess I'd go for the the one still paying attention and titties too.

A guy can be looking for something serious and still have meaningless fun in the meantime. I did that for over a year.

Nobody can expect exclusivity until they've been dating for a while and have talked about it explicitly.

Why should she expect him to turn down a hot naked girl in front of him for her sake when she hasn't made it clear in any way that she reciprocates his interest?

Sounds selfish to me.

Again, not trying to be harsh, but you see what I'm saying?

Only too a point. I think it's a bit rude to do so right after claiming she's such a catch. If he thought that, and was interested... then he should have chatted with her more, or hung around her more. Not go find someone else to make out with.

this is like the flip side of "Why do girls always go for jerks?"

"Why do Guys always go for the Girl who shows her tits?"

The same answer; confidence.

I see what you're saying and I agree with you. However, reference the earlier post about him having only three options.

Did the OP give this guy any reason to turn down other girls?

Posted

Why even waste your time on a guy like that. He must be desperate, if one flash of a chest draws his attention away from a decent girl. I see someone mentioned he made the move, and the OP didn't. It seems the OP did let on that she was interested in him.

What else was she supposed to do in order to gain his respect and attention that night? Flash her boobs as well?

The OP is the one who didn't hang around from what I can tell.

She could have just stood her ground and not walk away implicitly saying, eh do what you want i don't care.
