honeybee22 Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 so my divorce went extremely rough... but ever since my ex got a new gf he no longer likes me seeing my daughter. and his new gf is his reason. my daughter lives with my ex. my ex husband doesnt see how much hes hurting me by trying to keep her from me. last time i spoke to him he said he doesnt want me to see her because his new gf is her new mother. i flipped **** when he said this. im heart broken how could anyone try and take someones mother out of there life. what should i do?? my daughter is a year and four months old now

TaraMaiden Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I don't know the Law in The USA but unless there were serious issues concerning your child, I don't think he has a right to limit your access. Why does he have custody? Are you paying maintenance?

That is very inhuman of him to be doing that to you since you were the one who gave birth to the child. He should learn his lesson for doing that.. go through legal ways if I were you.
