AznHoney14 Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 Question: How do I get my butt back? So basically I have always had a big butt since i used to do tae kwon do when I was younger. I had a baby bout almost 2 yrs ago. But with in the last yr my butt started getting smaller and flatter. If I exercised/weight lifted.. did all the butt exercises would it make my butt smaller or bigger. I'm so confused b/c butt has muscle but I've seen ppl say that they exercised their butt and it got smaller and toned. Any tips or facts from ppl who know alot bout this or expierence would be great!!!
Trojan John Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 Do squats. Make sure you maintain proper form as you could hurt your back and knees. Also, try stair climbing.
