This girl I've been after has been vague with me. I asked her if she was in a relationship and she wouldn't tell me, so I assumed that she wasn't. I start flirting with her and she seemed to like it, but it seems that whenever I tried to be alone with her she would make up an excuse. The next day I would give her more attention but then she started to ignore me, like I wasn't there or something. I later found out that she was actually in a relationship, but why wouldn't she just tell me? I just feel like I made a fool of myself, but she really confuses me. Also, it seems when I'd talk to another girl she would then try to grab my attention. I don't what to think...

You DID make a fool of yourself, but its ok. She just likes the attention from you. She knows if she said she had a bf that you wouldnt give her attention anymore. Thats why she tries to grab you when you talk to another girl, she doesnt want you to give anyone else attention.

 

Now that you know you have no chance with her, cuz shes not interested. You can ignore her, and make sure you talk to the other girl in front of her, all the time, and treat her like she treated you. She will never follow though, so you can treat her anyway you like now, there are no consequences.

She's a bit bored in her relationship, and likes the occasional attention from other males. She doesn't want out of her relationship or want to be perceived as "cheating" which is why she's opposed to spending time alone with you. She just likes the attention and little "thrill" of the flirting.

But also: you asked her if she was seeing someone and she "wouldn't" answer? For future reference, take that as a "Yes." Kinda curious how she to managed to evade a direct question like that and still not tip you off as to what was up.
