curehead63 Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 My boyfriend and I are going for a little over a month now, this has been my longest. I'm kind of new to this stuff, i never really dated. I wanted to try out the whole relationship thing, but im not sure i like the way things are going with this guy. In the beginning he used to be charming, sweet, and cute, he really showed that he liked me, now he doesnt call when he says he is, our conversations over the phone are rather silent, and in person theyre not that much different. I think our relationship is primarily revolved around lust, and I dont think I like that very much. All we pretty much do is go to eachothers houses and watch movies, and mess around. I've gotten bored of that. I want to go out with him. For our one month we went to In n Out, watched a movie, and had starbucks. I guess i was expecting a more cliched anniversary, I wouldnt have minded it, if it was fun. but it was dull. He's 21, with a temp job, not going to school and living with his parents. He watches spongebob, and is usually watching something when we talk on the phone. I'm 19 and a full-time student. I'm going back to school, which is 5 hours away from where me and he live. We initially said we would try the whole long distance thing, but seeing as how things are looking now, i dont think things will go so great with a distance, Im not sure if i should even try. Any advice, would be oh so appreciated. Thanks.

And please dont underestimate the long distance thing! Its not for everyone, and with a history of just one month, its going to be a difficult one! =)
