skjd1220 Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 The guy I've gone out with a few times (the one I didn't not invite in the other day) always waits at least one full day before responding to any emails or texts. Even if he initiates the contact and I reply, I don't hear back from him for one full day. He works at a job where he's at the computer all day, so I know he's on email daily. Is that a sign that he's not that interested and he's just buying time before responding or is it possible he's just trying to play it cool? He's asked me out each time, so it's not like I'm chasing him. It seems like a silly game...thoughts?
redant Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Guys are usually straight forward if they want something and know you are interested.
BobSacamento Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 I tend to take maybe a day to respond. I'd take it more as a sign he doesn't want a electronic leash if you catch my drift.

Or in other words - HJNTITY. A guy that's really into a girl doesn't worry about appearance of "leashes." Silly nonsense.

It could be that by the time the day is done he's had it up to his proverbial eyeballs with the computer and simply doesn't get online after he comes home from work.
