Peaceandlove Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Sorry, I am not a guy. So, I have no idea what guys want us to wear. But I have questions about the outfits for the first date with a nice man in 40s. I am in 40s, but I like to wear teens outfits. I am slender. I want to wear a short skirt and a tight top on the first date. I hope it looks kind of sexy. But I want the man in 40s to consider me as a GF potential, not as a girl for a short-term relationship. Shall I wear a short skirt and look sexy? Don't wear a short skirt with a fitted top- ever, not just on a first date keep some balance in your outfit you'll def give the wrong impression if you don't dress age/occasion appropriate ps. i live in europe- understated elegance goes a long way
fral945 Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Isn't too much cleavage a little sleazy? I know guys like them but wouldn't you prefer less of them at first, if you know what I mean? You asked what would make me turn my head. It may or may not look sleazy, but it will definitely make me turn my head. If you asking about what would make me approach a women, that's a different story. Basically, I want enough to see to visually stimulate me. But, admittedly, if it's falling out all over the place, then I probably would avoid her.
Sam Spade Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 School girl uniforms ! Other than that, clothes don't need to be anything special, as long as they are understated and appropriate - for the occasion and the age. If you're over 35, I don't really care how great your bod is, a mini skirt would more likely have me rool my eyes rather than drool.
kizik Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 You never miss a chance to bash "overweight" women. I'd love to date one of these "overweight" women who are proud enough to wear what they want. Not bashing anyone. Should I wear a tight white-T, despite the fact I have zero muscles? Probably not.
sumdude Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Umm there is only one thing I can't resist. The SLBD (Slutty Little Black Dress). Have to agree, especially when ensembled with a pair of classy black stilettos and the right stockings. OOHYEEA
BobSacamento Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 I think I'm more of a Fall/Winter guy. I'm a big fan of the black tights and skirt look. Other than that a pair of tight jeans will always have me looking.
bac Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 I am thinking that women give men too much stimulation. It sometimes feels like they are erected all the time during the first date. Maybe I am wrong, but it like their brains are out of blood. That is why I asked the question about wearing sexy outfits on the first date. I do not want a man to be erected all the time during first conversation and make them think only about sex. Of course, I am not a man. I may just do not know that to be erected all the time on the first date is a normal condition. Is it true that during the first conversation being erected most of the time is totally normal?

I've never heard a woman complain about a man being erected too much lol.

bac Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 I've never heard a woman complain about a man being erected too much lol. You did not answer my question. I mean being erected during a long boring conversation but not during sex.
39388 Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Not bashing anyone. Should I wear a tight white-T, despite the fact I have zero muscles? Probably not. If someone with muscles can wear something, why can't anybody? Having muscles or being thin does not make a person any better.
Devil Inside Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 It is all about what makes YOU feel sexy and confident. I like when a woman takes the time to wear clothes that fit well, show that she has shape...but don't show it all. This can be business attire or jeans and a T-shirt. As long as I can tell you feel sexy in it and you are confident in your appearance I will be attracted to you.
