Have any of you actually seen/experienced Karma whether bad or good happen throughout your love life, to yourself or your ex?

Posted

I have.

My coke-nosed ex that I met as a poor women on anti-depressants and family problems found me. Now she's off the coke, off the SSRIs has a great job. She dumped me because she didn't feel it anymore.

Me on the other hand, I helped her achieve it all, emotionally and financially, gave her everything I could without thinking twice. I was dumped. Now I have an incurable disease (a mix of epilepsy and cluster head aches) to which there are no meds available. I'm losing my job and sanity.

If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.

im sorry but this doesent sound like karma unless you are implying that you did something bad and deserve these negative things that are happening to you.

Karma is a reaction of your actions.

And yes for the record i experienced karma first hand! it got me back good all of my negative actions have come back and bit me in the ass, it has changed me for life.

Oh fer chrissakes, not this old chestnut again.....!

Karma is basically, everything you do volitionally.

you don't get away with anything.

It all counts, good or bad.

if you think, say and act in a specific way, and mean it, then karma will follow suit.

It's not judgemental, it's not critical, it's not an evaluation.

karma is just a process, people, it happens to everyone regardless, as a direct result of a volitional, intentional thought/word/deed.

I used to have a link in my signature, explaining what karma is, because 'everyone' who talks about karma on here, seems to think it's something it ain't.

It got removed by a Mod, because it was an external link.

fair enough.

But for goodness sake, don't spew idiotic rubbish about something you know nothing about. Stop scattering the word around as if it's some great foreboding event.

It isn't. it's basically Cause and Effect. think/say/do something with a specific intention - and you'll reap the consequences.

That's it and all of it.

see this thread.

I definitely believe in karma. The past couple days I've noticed two examples.

-My ex is doing exactly what I did to him the first time we broke up and hurting me so bad like I imagined I hurt him.

-I fell in a bush the other day and my friend laughed at me. The next day she fell in a bush. karma.

I don't know if it's karma, but when you get back pretty much what you've given you can't help but wonder sometimes.

All in all, the important thing is to learn from the past. It's a good thing if it helps to become a more compassionate person, it takes strength to be kind, the easiest thing in the world is to let it make you bitter.
