I am asking for the $6,000.00 I spent on this divorce....and my tax return back (which was applied to an audit caused by him and his F-tard brother). We went to mediation, everything was agreed upon! Now he's not going to agree to s@%t.....WHY?!? Why the hell doesn't he want me to move on already, he has?!? He's been living with the OW since day one of this...I have now after a couple of years found someone who I want to move forward with. I'm pissed because this is going on almost 3 years now (No kids together, no real property either!) and everytime I THINK it's going to be done and over there is always a kicker. I'm sick of this.

quankanne Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 it's like this: Marriage about love, and divorce is about revenge. if you continue to pursue what you feel is a fair request, he's going to do his best to mess with you just because he can. Is the payback in writing and signed? If so, you might be able to address it with the court. If not, you'll be banging your head 'til Kingdom Come. Other thought is to appropriate some of his crap and sell it off until you have the amount agreed upon in the court documentation, and call it even.
