mortensorchid Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 This surprised me, really it did. If you remember my earlier thread, I had this date with an actor 2 weeks ago. I went over to his house, we watched TV, and then I didn't hear from him. We watched TV on Monday, then I decided to give him a ring on Friday of that week. He mentioned something about having to call his doctor's office to straiten some billing problem out, and that was that. I took that to mean that he wasn't interested and I should forget him. I decided that I would give it one more call, as I had seen him briefly the weekend afterward but we barely said a word to each other. So I called and left a voice mail on Sunday. Just saying "Hi, it's me. Just wondering how you're doing, talk to you soon." Nothing. Ah well, I thought. I deleted him from my phone. Then today, I get an email from him. He said he was sorry that he missed my call but he was quite busy the last few weeks. On the day I called it was his parents' wedding anniversary and he had relatives in for the weekend. He said he hoped my classes were good and we could talk soon. Is he just returning the call to be nice? Even though it was in email form? I'm not holding my breath that he's going to be a potential bf anytime soon.
