HeadlessZebra Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Yeah, I see an overpopulation of us INFPs here. Not surprised that a bunch of sentimental dreamers would flock to a love forum.
infjer Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 i'm an INFJ - very strong NF and mild IJ. i've studied this quite a bit in college and i think it definitely helps you realize that everyone is different and to accept people for who they are. personally, it's helped me with relationships... understanding people's quirks. on the other hand, there are times when people mistake personality traits with real issues or disorders. some things can't be put into a category.
runner Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 infj. at leat according to the mini one on facebook.
xra Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 Personality tests like this are never really successful at actually describing someone's personality. In fact, most of people's behavior stems from the situation they are in, rather than some sort of deep-seeded "personality traits". It's called the fundamental attribution error, one of the big principles of psychology. That's why these tests are fun, but your results may change from day to day, and never really describe who you really are
