boston.....good trip, but she was still on my mind

well i was afraid of going to boston becasue it was me and my ex's favorite vacation spot. needless to say she was on my mind all weekend. and of coarse i was a short fuse. and because im a yankee fan and they beat the redsox all 4 games this weekend, me and my friends were taking lots of **** for it. now normally i would laugh it off, but not this weekend. and now i have broken knuckles to show for. i also lost my i.d.

 

and to make things better, i get a text from my ex this morning after a month of no contact. she said oh sorry wrong person. if we havent texted in that long, than how was it an accident. we both have the same phone and i know for a fact that my texts would be all the way at the bottom becasue we havent talked. i think she was making excuses to talk to me ugh.

Well, going to Boston was a pretty bad idea. You knew it would trigger memories with her AND you know there are a bunch of people itching to fight you. So yeah, that's all on you.

 

Regarding the text thing, I'd tell her she should remove your number from her phone so that doesn't happen in the future. If that leads to confrontation, so what? You genuinely want her out of your life at this point. What possible reason would she still have to get in touch with you?

yeah well the goin to boston part was my fault, but i had a bunch of friends going and i wasnt gonna be the douche who doesnt go. as for the fighting, im not upset for that. you do what you do. its being reckless about it that pisses me off. a fights a fight, but thats done with it happened, now i have to live with broken knuckles for a bit. oh well.

 

as for the texting, im not gonna respond. im not gonna feed into her, and i know she texted me because she found out i went to boston
