I know how it sucks to get flaked out on, and should it have been planned ahead of time, I wouldn't have declined.. ya know?

I tired on 4 different occasions to get a girl I liked out on a date, but things kept coming up She had valid reasons each time, so we just rescheduled. People are busy these days. You have to allow for some flexibility. I feel sad for all the people running around with 6-tonne of baggage hanging around their necks. As if dating was had enough... you've got to deal with the crap in your own head as well.
westernxer Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Usually, if I don't get a response fairly quickly, I just assume it's a no. I don't even bother to hassle the girl about it, even if she sends a belated reply. I did call a girl's bluff once though... it was funny to hear her play it off (before the days of texting). I never spoke to her again, even though she tried calling months later. Don't be surprised if he tries to contact you again. Some guys like the drama.
