surgngnl Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 this forum is perfect for asking the advice of you all who have done or is doing this LDR thing. i just started my first LDR this past week that i can really see going somewhere, so i wanted to see if anyone had anything to offer straight away that i can go on. this is all new to me, so anything is welcomed.

Keep in touch via text and email, talk on Skype, try to do fun things together like reading or playing online games. If you argue, don't hang up on the other person and ignore them - that's the worst thing you can do in an LDR, given that the person can't exactly come round your house to sort it out. somuchpain Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Thornton is right, comunication! thats the best thing, and also always look at the positives when times are bad, theres always a positive thought out of everything. The more communication, letters, emails, texts, msn skype etc, the easier things will be.
