GorillaTheater Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 he goaded her to slap him also, pushing her and poking her laughing and teasing as she cried about his cheating clearly hurt, so she slapped him.. tho this girl is not hard, her slap would have been feeble tbh. i think he hit her more because she pushed him with the truth and he couldn't face I think the advice here would be a little more valuable if you didn't dribble the facts out a little bit at a time. Just lay them out upfront. The relationship is over. Or at the very least, should be.
boldjack Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 CC, this exact thing happened to me several years ago, during my first marriage. My wife caught me cheating and went off on me, screaming abuse, smashing things and finally slapped me 4 or 5 times in the face. I stood there and took all of it. I mean, after all, she was 125 lbs., I've been hit by guys weighing 250 lbs. so it wasn't a matter of me not being able to take it. I felt like I deserved it. When she was finished, I walked out and never went back. I have not seen her from that day to this.
amarselenia Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Everyone makes mistakes - and leaving a man over this could be one of your biggest mistakes. Everyone can get pushed to the edge and if you pushed him and you yourself admit you probably deserved it then you can forgive this man and you should actually be questioning yourself more than him.
Lizzie60 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 I should say that the only time it is OK for a guy to slap me.. is when we're having hot sex and he can't resist slapping my butt.. Pillow fight!!!

OMG... NOT leaving him could be her FATAL mistake..
Lyssa Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 OMG... NOT leaving him could be her FATAL mistake.. That's like telling him that it's okay to be abusive.
boldjack Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Ok, Let me clarify. Slapping the ass or tits is all right , if your partner wants that. Some women bite or claw, during sex. This obviously isn't what we are talking about here.
donnamaybe Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 I should say that the only time it is OK for a guy to slap me.. is when we're having hot sex and he can't resist slapping my butt.. Pillow fight!!! LMAO! Right on!!!
Lizzie60 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 That's like telling him that it's okay to be abusive. Exactly... strange..

Move on.. he's not worth your time .. spend your energy on finding a good guy..
donnamaybe Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 *rubs hands together to warm them up* OK, who's first? Do you have that whole "Miyagi" thing goin' on? I mean, can your hands do magical things when you rub them together and lay them on flesh?
Thomas X Forever Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Women want equal rights, don't they? Their equal rights have won them the ability to be drafted if and when there is a draft. Score for females. And in war, they'll get a lot worse done to them than being hit. But at this rate, if it's legal to hit a guy then it will be legal to hit a girl. Equal rights. This is what the idiot feminists are fighting for without knowing it.

Thomas X Forever Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 oh puh-lease  Keep your rhetoric out of what is a real situation. Lol had to add that in. If a girl pulled a knife on me, or someone I cared about, or threatened them with some other weapon, then I have no doubt I'd hit a girl. Does anyone here? But in a relationship? My first ex gf sure deserved to get hit, but I never did. Never hit any girl I was in a relationship with, and never would. But crazy girls who threatened your life? Pound their face til it shatters.
2sure Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 When I caught my H cheating on me I tried to push him out a window, down a flight of stairs, and finally beat him with a rolled up newspaper. I was wrong, I was out of my mind. The worst part of it all was that my attacks didnt happen all at once but over the course of a week. We wouldnt even be arguing or talking but then all of a sudden I would become completely overwhelmed , be behind him, and try to throw him out the window. He never pushed back or mentioned it in anyway. Also, my attacks never moved him an inch! It was as though he didnt notice. He laughs about it, but I'm ashamed and we both agree thats a place we never want to go.
boldjack Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Rolled up newspaper? You could hit me with a rolled up newspaper for a month and never hurt me. No wonder your H laughs about it.
2sure Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 I like to think that in light of his offense...the rolled up newspaper was ... Symbolic. It added something tangible to the names I was screaming.
Lizzie60 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Yabutt.. she pushed him out of a window.. I doubt he would laugh if the window is on the 12th floor..
boldjack Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 It's not like he left a mess on the carpet, but I get your meaning.
2sure Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 No, no - he didnt actually go out the window. After a week though, as remorseful and deserving as he felt he told me: "2sure, I cant be wandering around the house if you're going to try to kill me. It just doesnt seem right."
donnamaybe Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Oh, you have NO idea... not yet, anyway. Promises, promises...
