Hey everybody, i need help :'( My name is Samantha, I'm 14 years old and i weigh 141.2 lbs. I'm not FAT or ne thing, i jus cant seem to find a way to lose my LOVE HANDLES and THIGHS. I have been doing Richard Simmons, Aerobic "dance" videos, and a few Winsor Pilates excersize moves every day for the past week or so, before hand i was only doing a few beginners Winsor Pilates moves. But I had been eating pretty well! I dno maybe I'm rushing myself, or expecting too much, too quickly. Ne ways i went to the doctors today and i have lost 6 lbs, and it certaintly doesn't feel like it or look like it though. I just don't know if I should continue doing what I'm doing or try something else!!! Does anyone know of a SURE way to lose love handles and thighs???? THANX!!

that's gotta be water weight. no way aerobics are going to do anything that fast.

No i didnt lose the 6 lbs from the aerobics, its from the Winsor Pilates exersize moves i had done the month before. If you go to Winsor Pilates.com, u can see the type of movements that are done.

How tall are you? 141 pounds is not so little... Or are you now 135?

I'm 5'7''.. n a HALF lol. no NOW i weigh 141, i weighed approx 147 last time i went to the doctors.
