SpOnGeBoB Posted November 7, 2003 Posted November 7, 2003 [font=century gothic][/font][color=blue][/color] Hey everybody, i need help :'( My name is Samantha, I'm 14 years old and i weigh 141.2 lbs. I'm not FAT or ne thing, i jus cant seem to find a way to lose my LOVE HANDLES and THIGHS. I have been doing Richard Simmons, Aerobic "dance" videos, and a few Winsor Pilates excersize moves every day for the past week or so, before hand i was only doing a few beginners Winsor Pilates moves. But I had been eating pretty well! I dno maybe I'm rushing myself, or expecting too much, too quickly. Ne ways i went to the doctors today and i have lost 6 lbs, and it certaintly doesn't feel like it or look like it though. I just don't know if I should continue doing what I'm doing or try something else!!! Does anyone know of a SURE way to lose love handles and thighs???? THANX!! Sammie

cdn Posted November 8, 2003 Posted November 8, 2003 Here're some links to calculators for height and weight. It seems to me that at 5'7", 141 is not fat but not thin, either.
