There's a wonderful thread in the Coping forum that was started in 2007 and remains active to today. The thread is Post Here Instead of Contacting Your Ex.

 

I almost emailed my ex a few minutes ago. Instead, I posted to that forum and kept strong.

i am weak cuz i wanna talk to u but i wont we need time and space apart yearn to touch ur lips will melt my chocolate heart dont start what u wont finish cant take it try to diminish the love i have but cant in love with someone who is not apparently shocked by this wanted us to be in bliss.
