womansintution Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 Just looking for some opinions regarding romantic chemistry. Here are my questions. 1. How common is romantic chemistry? 2. Is it always mutual? 3. Is it possible to ignore it? 4. Do you think there's a link between romantic chemistry and a possible soulmate? 5. How would you describe romantic chemistry? I personally have a hell of a time finding romantic chemistry. As a matter of fact, I think I've only found it 3, possibly 4 times in my life. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
Meaplus3 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 Hmmmmm..IMO, I think romantic chemistry is something that is either there or not when it comes to an R. I don't think it can be forced you just feel it. To me, it feels like a strong desire to be connected to that special someone in an emotional and physical way. Mea:)

Mea:) You mean...how physically attracted you are to someone? From what I've seen throughout the years, chemistry= how physically attractive you find eachother, and if it's mutual. If you have that much trouble finding chemistry with men Womens intuition maybe you should lower your standards a bit. 1. How common is romantic chemistry?
Depends on how picky you are. I would say I have "romantic chemistry" with atleast 2 women I see every day. 2. Is it always mutual?
Depends on what you look like and who you are. 3. Is it possible to ignore it?
Yes. Unless you are a slave to your feelings and desires, you can ignore it for the greater good. For example, a woman who has "chemistry" with her Fabio lookalike pool boy, can resist the urge to have sex with him for the sake of her stable family life with her husband and trouble. 4. Do you think there's a link between romantic chemistry and a possible soulmate?
No. Many times the person who would make a great soulmate is a person of your own gender, or a person you have no "chemistry" with (ie physical attraction). The men you have "chemistry with" I bet many women have chemistry with as well, are they every body's soulmate? LOL. Wanting to have intercourse with someone is not some kind of mystical event.
