b3nx Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 I feel in love, I have known my gf for 3 months, and a couple just over 5 weeks. She told me she is falling in love with me one night. I feel it is too early for me to say it but we have an unbelievable relationship. We both believe we are ment to be.. We are both 21 is t too early? If yes how long to wait?
kizik Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 Oh, just say it to her. Love's just a word. Yeah, it's a feeling, too. But you're 21. You'll say it to her, and to others down the line, and it'll always be true because there is no one love for each of us. Love is everywhere; you just have to grab it and let it grow. Relax, dude!
miss_refractory Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 Yes, it's true what kizik said...it is "just a word." However, it's a word we use to describe a rather strong feeling. Different for each thing we use it with. I feel that people too often regard as simply 'just a word' and use the word lightly - applying it to things we might not necessarily mean to. I, personally have a hard time saying it because I try my hardest not to ever say it, unless I truly mean it. And knowing when I truly mean it, sometimes takes a long time. But, I think it's worht the wait, because it holds what I believe to be the true definition of the word, in my eyes (and heart). So, if I were you, I'd go with your instinct. You know yourself best. If you feel it's time - then, perhaps it is. Good for you

But, I think it's worht the wait, because it holds what I believe to be the true definition of the word, in my eyes (and heart). This is honorable, noble, and mostly true for myself as well. Like anything extensive use of it seems to lessen its value (economics: inflation, yeah?). Modesty. BUT Oh, just say it to her. Love's just a word. Yeah, it's a feeling, too. But you're 21. Kizik speaks the truth. Relax, see what happens. Maybe it is match-made-in-heaven; if not, don't worry, your world will still be very much in tact and better love will await you. Ultimately though... So, if I were you, I'd go with your instinct. You know yourself best. Good luck.

She will definately cheat on you and you will look like a fool. Don't say anything, just keep your mouth shut and focus on other things.
