heartsofgold Posted July 14, 2009 Share Posted July 14, 2009 I am really confused and still having a hard time dealing with this. I need advice and insight from people... I have an online friend that I have known for 8 years..started out as friends with the occasional flirting, and got more romantical in the last 2 years. I made plans to go visit him, etc...At the beginning of this year I found out he was married and confronted him on it. He admited it to me, and also admited that he had children. So I asked him about his marriage and basically what the hell he was doing trying to go down that path with me when he's a married man. We have never had anything physical, but it was emotional, at least for me it was. He then proceeded to still tell me what he likes about me, and that he still likes me in a way more than friends should. He also said that he couldn't stand to lose me after so many years. I have continued to talk with him but not in a romantic way, though he still trys. I have also asked him about his wife, and why he is unhappy in his marriage. I do not get too much info, just basics...which is embarrasing because he knows everything about me, things I wouldn't have even told him had I known he was married. I never asked him to leave his wife...never would. He says he won't leave her because of the kids..so my question...what does he want with me?!? He still trys to ask me more romantic personal questions, and I don't understand why? Link to post Share on other sites
