gavinus Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 Short story she treated my poorly, used me, dumped me, admitted staying with me becuase she lacked the confidence to leave and said she would not miss me. We caught up to give some stuff back the other day. I acted confident, happy, friendly. (I am not, I am still upset). She then called me to say I am glad you are happier now and she said asked me to tell her if I meet anybody new and she said she would do the same (why did she say that?) I am in two minds, It is her birthday in a month, she got me a present and she said she would like one from me. One part of me wants to give her the cost of the present she brought me back with a note telling her I cant accept it because she treated me so badly, but the other part of me says say nothing, give her nothing and leave her with the memory of me doing ok. I am still hurting, advice? thanks heaps

New_life Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 dont give her anything, even worse that she has the nerve to tell you she wants a gift. Keep yours, tell her youre dating someone before her birthday and dont send anything. Hang in there!
Author gavinus Posted July 14, 2009 Author Posted July 14, 2009 yeah she said only send me a gift if you want to. So what I am going to do is put the money for my gift she sent me into her account today, I feel it is the right thing to do, not tell her, and move on with my life,
