Im thought it would be helpful if I just started to unload my thoughts to a bunch of people I dont know. Im hoping it will give me an outlet and make me happier in the end. Im just looking to be the person I used to be. I want to be confident in myself again, feel beautiful and not worry so much about others and how they feel about me. I want to not feel shameful of how I view myself.

One thing that I've found helps; leave some of your stuff in "draft" mode. It lets you write about whatever you want and feel like you're exposing yourself to the world without actually exposing yourself. Plus, you can always go back and change things as a situation or emotion changes or evolves. It sounds weird, but it does help.
