moo Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 One time this guy I was seeing stopped speaking to me and just ignored me. He said that me to get to know him before sleeping with him was like putting the cart before the horse. Now with this current f**k head, I slept with him two weeks after our second date, which was really more loke our first date, but I had known him for several months, or so I thought. I had met him online and had had several conversations via phone and email. I now realize that when deciding if you are ready to sleep with someone you should go by the time you have actually spent in that person's presence. Also, it really does pay well to go slowly. When you end up with a monster and realize you have let him be that close to you....it can make you feel icky. Next time, I will really take my time. It feels good to live in the moment. But it is better to try to work toward something. I read that sex too soon forms bonds with someone you dont' really know. I don't want that anymore. And if a guy can't respect that, he's not worth having.
