brokenglass Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 A little background here... In case you don't want to read the previous post, my ex came back from her little trip to New Jersey for her birthday to "spend the weekend with a friend of ours" = see our friend and also to have sex with this man she met over a video game. She got back on Monday afternoon and immediately started whining and moaning about wanting to call a new place home, about being sick of living where we do, etc. That is what spurred my deletion of her off my Facebook/MySpace, along with the damn pictures she posted of her hanging all over this guy who looks like a heroin addict (I'm sorry, but he's f u c king UGLY and looks like someone punched him in the face one too many times). Well, I am on my friends couch Wednesday night and I just get off the phone with her regarding me taking our son for the weekend, and I get a text from her. "I know this seems weird, but E wants to talk to you. Are you ok with that?" E = Mr. Heroin Addict. ARE YOU ****ING KIDDING ME? What on EARTH could that piece of crap want to talk to me about??? HEY *********, you just spent ONE weekend with a woman I lived with for SIX years and have a child with. You don't have absolutely **** to say to me. A friend of mine suggested I just talk to him and get it over with. But I know what this is about, they want my blessing so she can move there with my son. But if thats the case she needs to open her c0ckslurpers and tell me herself. Oh and if the strange chance she actually comes on here (doubt it) the answer is no. You're not taking my son anywhere. Thanks.

Thanks. Tell him/her to go pound sand. There is no reason you should speak to this person. She wants to move your son in with someone who uses drugs? Can you use this to gain custody of your kid, if you don't have it?
Author brokenglass Posted July 10, 2009 Author Posted July 10, 2009 I can't prove he does, I don't even know if he does, he just looks the part. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, etc. Right now as far as the state is concerned its joint custody which means shes not legally allowed to move anywhere without my consent or without proving I'm basically no part of his life. She can't prove that nor get my consent so if she wants to move, she'll have a **** storm to deal with.
GorillaTheater Posted July 10, 2009 Posted July 10, 2009 I sure as hell wouldn't talk to him. Except maybe to give him fair warning about what he's getting into. But I wouldn't talk to her either, beyond what's absolutely necessary.
