? - Cheating Urges

I am hoping I can get some help and advice.

 

I'm currently in a realationship with a girl that I truly love. We have been together for about 2 1/2 years and we have lived together for about 1 1/2 years of that. As I said before I really love her and I would never want to hurt her in any way or take a chance of loosing her. I have never been happier with anyone. But I have a problem. Throught the entire relationship (and previous relationship) I have had a desire to cheat. Well not really at first. The first couple of months are always great but after that its like I crave something new and exciting. Dont get me wrong im not a sex adict and the sex isnt what im craving its just the new relationship. Is this wrong or different or normal. Is there something wrong wtih me. What should I do. Also keep in mind I have talked with her about the posibility of open relationships or possibly swinging or even just introducing someone else into the relationship from time to time but she is totaly against it, she is very traditional in her beliefs. And I fully respect that. So any help would be great.

I don't think you're truly compatible with this girl. You're into swinging and open relationships, and she's very traditional... sorry but I can't see this working. If my man wanted me to have sex with someone else, I'd assume he didn't love me at all, because why would you want someone you love to be with anyone other than you?

 

If you're determined to keep the relationship, you need to think about ways of spicing it up and recapturing that early excitement. If you move on to another relationship, guess what? Within a few months the new relationship will also be stale, and you'll move on again... and again... The shine wears off any relationship after a while, so unless you want to spend your whole life chasing new relationships you need to learn how to spice up the one you already have.
