do over to start the day?

i woke up this morning after having a dream about my ex. in the dream i received a phone call from a friend telling me where he was (in traffic) and he saw ex across the lane and that he was driving back to my town. i asked if new girlfriend was with him, friend said no, he was alone. so i got on my computer and brought up a real-time satellite image of the highway he/they were on, and was zoomed in searching all of the cars for him.

 

i woke up feeling gross; because i'm still having dreams like this with him, b/c they still affect me the way they do, and b/c it's a pretty sick thing to real-time satellite search for him. (eta, even if it is JUST a dream)

 

just looking for some support today, it's going to be a long one...

I know how you feel.

When my ex dumped me, I had this awful dream in which I was in the movies with a friend, and then she came with someone and started having wild sex with him in front of me, while looking at me and laughing, enjoying every moment. I almost threw up in the morning, but I managed to hold it back.

 

Dreams can be cruel, I had many dream about her but over time it passes. You just have to stay strong and remember your are not alone

wow, i know EXACTLY how you're feeling. life can be so cruel, huh? it's a hard enough time without having to have dreams about them to remind you.

i wish i had some good words of wisdom, but all you can do is just keep busy with your day and keep moving. if you catch yourself zoning out and thinking about your ex, immediately snap yourself out of it! if you day dream about them too much, chances are you'll probably dream about them too.
