amacjarrell Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 I met a girl two years ago and quickly became friends with her. I became attracted to her and we hung out a few times. Of course as luck would have it she found another guy and started dating him. We continued to be friends and became great friends. Before her boyfriends deployment to iraq he asked her to marry her. She agreed and I sat supporting her through his deployment. Eventually she asked me if I would be in the wedding. Of course I agreed. Even though I have had feelings for her all along. He recently broke up the engagement stating that it was inmature and he had signed up for another tour of duty. She called me crying when this happend. Of course I left right after work and brought food and ice cream and held her and talked to her. My question is of course now I have my chance to start a relationship with her other than the good friend. I dont want to be the rebound, I dont want to push too hard too fast and i dont want to lose my chance again. How do I do this?
The Blue Pill Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 You might be in the FRIEND ZONE bum bum bum... Only one way to find out though.
Sevenscars Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 "You are too good of a friend." "I do not want to ruin what we have (our friendship)." "I am still not over him." "Hahahaha, that is silly." Which one would you like to hear?
