My husband up and left last week with no reason. Whats next?

I had said a few things to my husband last week (ABOUT HIM NOT WORKING & ME FEELING PRESSURE) without putting him down.. well he went to his moms called me and said he was staying with her for the night,Well when he did come home the next day... ready to talk, i didnt want to, so he left.. havent heard from him since. This is the second time. I am so over it. I feel like now anytime I talk to him, and express my feelings, he leaves, and will not talk to me.

 

I am now at the point where I have no choice but to file for divorce & alimony. I am so not in the business of guessing.

 

It like the longer hes away the more i feel it is over! IM DONE!

Also -- read up a little on how men take things like that, he probably felt like you were attacking him, his manhood, his abilities, his everything. I'm not saying you did anything wrong, but he probably wasn't in a place to hear or understand.

Agree with Lupa. I'm sure he feels attacked, then when he wants to talk this out you refuse?

Not really enough details to see whats going on. So, with what was posted. It appears to me that you are looking for a way out without wanting to work on it. I say that because you say "he never wants to talk about it". Yet, when he wants to talk..you dont? That's confusing as hell..anyways.. How longs he been out of work? Do you work? Are there kids? How long have you been married?

Good luck on the alimony thing. I know they usually look at who's actually working to establish who needs to pay whom.

Millions of women are just trying to get child support and back child support and you think your going to get alimony? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

 

A guy on the news recently? He's the father of 27 children by several women? And the most they can put the "touch" on him for is about $600 a month ~ half of his current income!

 

You can't get blood from a turnip nor a stone!

 

Even in No Fault states? Alimony is temporary! Limited to three to five years.

 

CA being the exception where it can be for life. Which is BS!
