I've never dumped anyone before. And I don't want to dump her if it's possible that she's just in a rut and needs to bring her passions out, since it's very clear she has talent in certain areas.

If it's a boring GF who is hard to talk to, who acts like a little brat, then continue with this endless charade. But if it's something more... then you know what to do. Everyone dumps somebody sometime.

Proof that a guy will move heaven and earth to contort some kind of dynamic personality in a woman as long as she's hot just like Henry Higgins and the Pygmalion myth. If she was Ok looking or stunningly bland, you wouldn’t have found it necessary to post this thread, because you would have found the strength to dump her long ago.
