well i had to attend a party this weekend because it was for my friend whose moving. i knew my ex was gonna be there, but i had to go and put our differences aside. big mistake. i walked into a trap. she was drunk, crying and complaining to everone saying how she loves me and would do anything for me. how shes not happy anymore all she wants is me. extremely awkward. she starts b!tching about how i didnt really talk to her or give her the time of day. am i wrong for not wanting to talk to my ex. and than while im sitting and bull****ing she comes up to me and makes a move to try to make out and i pushed her away. she than flips and walks away crying. i guess the point of this thread is, am i wrong for not giving her a chance or am i justified in not wanting to deal with her after a bad break up.

im confused as $h*t why try so hard to get back with me when she broke up with ME!

No cheaters don't deserve a second chance. She only wants you because you're not available. I did NC and my ex was all over me, planning things in the future, but the longer we stayed in contact, the less interested he became. Last weekend he dealt me the "i'm sooo confused" card. I initiated NC right away.

You're doing the right thing, you are very strong! Next time though, just avoid any occasion where she might be attending. Your friends will understand. I doubt they'd want a repeat of the drama to the next party.
