Author Lauriebell82 Posted August 3, 2009 Author Posted August 3, 2009 We went to look at wedding bands yesterday and he picked out a really nice one! (we didn't buy them yet) The yellow gold band did look MUCH nicer on his hand then the white gold one. He was so sweet and tried one on just to see. I found one too. This is the one he liked: http://www.kay.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product1%7C10101%7C10001%7C-1%7C7618280399%7C15051%7C15051.15058 And the one I did: http://www.kay.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product1%7C10101%7C10001%7C-1%7C80083429%7C15051%7C15051.15058
SoulSearch_CO Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 Although I prefer platinum or white gold, my XH got me a yellow gold ring (I didn't care - it came from him and that's all that mattered). He ended up with a titanium ring. So my ring was yellow, his was silver. No, we didn't match. I don't see what it matters. Kind of odd, really, to think of them matching. I have seen those sets in like bridal magazines, but I'd rather that each person gets what really suits them and makes them happy. Celebrate the individual, so to speak. It's what they represent that matters - not what they look like.
