bac Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I have questions about using condoms. Men, do you know it is a good idea to put lube on a cock before you put condom on? I have heard that it feels better and it is safer to prevent breaking. I do not know if it is true. Of course I know that put lube on outside of condom is a good idea. Did anyone try put 2 condoms on? Is it a good idea if you are afraid of breaking a condom? What can you feel during sex with 2 condoms on?
likestolaugh Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 NEVER PUT 2 CONDOMS ON. NEVER! That actually increases the chances or breakage
SoulSearch_CO Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Did anyone try put 2 condoms on? Is it a good idea if you are afraid of breaking a condom? What can you feel during sex with 2 condoms on? Never, never, never put two condoms on. The friction between the two of them is more likely to cause tears/breakage than a single one. They're designed to be effective with a single condom - silly to use two.
Bejita463 Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 They're designed to be effective with a single condom - silly to use two. The reason I heard to use two has little to do with effectiveness. Apparently using two condoms to dull the sensations helps guys that are a bit quick on the trigger, allowing the duel to last a bit longer.

Because two condoms is a VERY bad idea. Although I did hear a very funny solution for finding out if one of the condoms breaks - put hot sauce between the two. LOL SOMEBODY'S going to figure out it broke.

RunawayTrain Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 If you are that nervous use two condoms tin foil a glad bag and duct tape.
missdependant Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 NEVER PUT 2 CONDOMS ON. NEVER! That actually increases the chances or breakage I have learned that this is actually a myth. No one knows if it causes breakage, but it is recommended that you use lube. You can test this theory by putting two condoms over your hands and rubbing them together.. doesn't really do anything. And you probably won't feel much of anything so you might as well use just one. ALWAYS USE WATER BASED LUBE WITH CONDOMS, NEVER OIL-BASED.
Thornton Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I would think if you put lube INSIDE the condom it would slide off...

I must say I have never heard of putting lube on the INSIDE of a condom and cannot see how this would be beneficial in any way. And like the others have stressed - definately DO NOT use one condom on top of the other by any means! Defeats the object and actually makes them more likely to split.
Author bac Posted June 24, 2009 Author Posted June 24, 2009 ALWAYS USE WATER BASED LUBE WITH CONDOMS, NEVER OIL-BASED. Could you please explain why? What is wrong with oil-based lube?
SoulSearch_CO Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Could you please explain why? What is wrong with oil-based lube? Oil-based lubes can cause a LATEX condom to break down.
SoulSearch_CO Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 AIDS website with a condom fact-sheet. Might help. Who knows. http://www.aids.org/factSheets/153-Condoms.html
Thornton Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 If your partner is a woman, oil based lubes are pretty bad for her private parts too. They tend to hang around in there because they're not water soluble, and can cause thrush and all sorts of nasties. Ideally, anything non-water-soluble should not be getting spread around in there.
