ON MY OWN Posted June 21, 2009 Posted June 21, 2009 In one of these posts I read someone weight trains daily. I read to weight train every other day. I do 4 days a week, 1 day of course w/ tht many being b2b. Can I weight train daily or at least with 1 day off a week if some are lighter days?? Please any trainers out there can you please answer this for me??The girl mentioned it really adds definition. I have been working out for years and never heard this. Thanks:bunny:

Thanks for the feedback Mark. Just curious as I never heard anyone doing it that much and wasnt sure if a light weight day would tone me better. 4-5 seems like enough to me. Confirmation of what I thought of it.

Enema Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Just weighing in (yeah, i said it) and backing up Junox. You can weight train every day, just give each muscle group a days break.
