There is a woman in my circle of friends that I like. What are some dos and don't as far as interacting with her to maybe get to know her a little in the meantime, not lead her on, not say that I'm not interested.

Women will always take you for leading them on, it's only if there's clear communication in the beginning about your intentions do you not get sucked into an emotional confrontation later on.
