What does it mean when your ex leaves you because he thought you broke up with him, because you had a terrible argument and then 7 days later is involved with someone else and wants nothing to do with you? What does that mean when 2 weeks before that he told you he loved you?

I think it means he was either using you or merely lying to you and/or to himself.

It probably means that he monkey swung to his next relationship. In other words, he waited until he found someone else, then broke up with you.

They always tell you things you want to hear to keep you on the hook and so you cant keep the breakup coming. Pretty devious really.
