I claim the person who kissed me in the dream is my since 3 years ago but I'm not sure because I have always wanted a girlfriend. I really don't know what to do because she is older than me and she is my family friend. Do I love this person or am I just desperate?

You never specifically said that you want HER as your girlfriend, just that you want a girlfriend. It may sound like semantics, but believe it or not, there is a difference. As to whether or not you should act on it, it's your choice, but be aware of the consequences. Dating friends of the family are tricky on two fronts. First, because she's a friend of the family, there's a greater chance she'll say no. She's already got a good vibe going with your family, and may not want to rock that (as there's always someone in the family who is rubbed the wrong way when things like this happen). Secondly, if things go sour, she may cut all contact, not only with you, but with the family altogether. This may cause some resentment towards from family members. Personally, I wouldn't act on it. But that's just me.
