I'm getting told that I should file for Divorce or Legal Separation so that I will have the "Upper Hand" in court, is this true?

 

We are both being real cool about it and she has told me plenty of times that she doesn't want me to be out of our son's life (also she can't handle him all the time) I'm a convenient, willing and free babysitter for the weekend. I just don't know, I don't want to do anything drastic, but I also don't want to lose my son and/or have to pay more money than I already am. (I pay for half his private school fees, he was just enrolled)

 

Please help me with your advice and/or experience.

YES! Do it now. Look there is nothing more pathetic than a girl starving for attention and using men to make herself feel good about herself. On the flip side, men see this from a mile away and its like sharks smelling blood. There is nothing more sexy and attractive to some men than a wife looking to cheat and spread her self around. It is two fires that feed each other at the same time. BUT!! It will end, not for a few months but it will. She is nothing more than fresh meat right now.

 

Now the second part, she is so "cool" about it because she is playing you like a fiddle. She is gone man...GONE!!! She is cool to you because she has a plan and you are reacting to it. She does not love you period, she is feeling empowered by all the men being shoved in her face. This is a race...she thinks its a sprint and has jumped out in to the lead...but its not dude...its a marathon. You will catch up and pass her IF IF you dont fall apart.

 

YOu are going to go through emotional hell for the next six months at least. It will hurt more than anything you have ever felt. You must MUST seperate yourself from her in every way....dont be an ass, dont be aloof..be indifferent. DONT give up or give in on anything with your son, SHE IS NOT COMING BACK. YOU are now a single man, she is having sex possibly as we speak, she will crash...dont crash with her and better yet...dont give her a pillow to land on. BE YOurself! There is nothing wrong with you, she is ****ed up!

 

How many nights a week do you have your son? Are you still in the home? Have you gone down to Child Support or Medicaid office...because she will sooner or later....first to file any kind of paperwork is automaticly awarded temp custody...SO GO FILE!!!!!! YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO FEL SORRY FOR YOURSELF< DONT LET HER PLAY YOUR HEART...She is having the time of her life but you can win this in the long run.
