Immature people handle break ups like the Jerry Springer show: lieing, vindictiveness, maliciousness, some object throwing, drama, cussing, etc.

 

Whats the most worst thing that has happened to you after a break up ?

 

Me: Within 24 hours of getting out of a 6 month relationship, my ex proceded to go to a bar and hook up with a random guy and took crystal clear digital pics and emailed to me the next to rub salt in the wound. Classy right ?

If any one can top this, I would like to see:

 

Years ago, I broke up with this female and after I told her to leave, she called the police, lied and said I beat her up. To add even more injury on top of that, she followed through with the lie and I had to defend myself in court. Although I did not get convicted for battery or domestic violence, I got a "disorderly conduct" placed on my record.

 

Although this was years ago, I still cringe to have this on my record not only because I never laid a hand on her but because I have never hit or physically abused any woman in any relationship I had ever been in and have always taken pride in this fact. What makes it even worse is that she was the one was who had behaved disorderly that night by trashing my place and I handled the situation very well despite this. The whole fiasco also resulted in me having to complete a "domestic violence" counseling every Saturday morning for the next 8 months.

 

Can you imagine going to be counseled in a program for two hours early every Saturday morning that you strongly feel that you should be the one counseling in that program? Can you imagine living with a crime on your record that you did not commit for the rest of your life, being in a well-respected profession in society and having to explain that record every time you applied for a job? What's even more twisted is that I called myself letting the girl down easy when I broke up with her.

My exgirlfriend called me 43 times one night and threatened to come over to my condo at 3 in the morning. She actually came over at 4 and rang the doorbell 20 times. I of course refused to answer. Wearing a red Santa Claus hat (according to my neighbors), she then proceeded to take a ripped out page from a book I'd given her as a present, wrote a nasty note on it, and stuffed it into a small plastic bag. She also took a used pregnancy test (I did not get her pregnant; this was a full year after I broke up with her; she tried to get back together with me), and also placed it in the bag. She then tore my window screen and stuffed the bag in between the screen and the glass. Then she took a bunch of strawberry jam and proceeded to smear it all over my front door, the front walkway, and all over the window screen. Then, she took some white latex paint and went down to my car to paint messages all over the windows. (I had to drive my car to work that way the next day). Then, she took a large plant I had by my door and somehow managed to steal it. How I don't know, since the plant was probably heavier than her (115 pounds or so). She also took my doormat.

 

When her roommates called me a few weeks later to tell me that she was gone and that I could come back and get my plant if I wanted it, she had taken the plant and sheared all of its leaves off. She painted the branches red, stuck pencils in the dirt, a few orange peels, and what looked like an old Star Wars action figure except it was beheaded.

Well I once saw this topic on a daytime TV show and there was a woman guest whose ex-husband, a surgeon, had sewn her vagina closed. The other guests, who had merely been beaten and/or left for dead, looked like crybabies.

 

I can't compete with that but here's some perhaps unusual nastyness.

 

My ex did many horrible things to me I don't know which to pick. Some of them were cruel in personal, yet seemingly inocuous ways, like suddenly deciding to get our child a cat. That seemed innocent enough, but my ex was extremely allergic to cats. We had had one years ago and had had to find a new home for it and my husband had been devastated. I was also concerned because our relationship was clearly in trouble and I was not sure what our living arrangements would be in the future, with landlords, etc. I adamently stated that I did not want any new pets.

 

Naturally he did not listen. He announced that he was not allergic anymore and brought home a cat from the local shelter. I totally freaked out because 1) I figured he was still allergic and we'd have to take it back perhaps when our child was attached, and 2) )I knew the woman I thought he was having an affair with and that she was a total cat nut. Never had kids, and lives and dies for cats. Can't be with any one until the pass the cat test. I just knew it was because of her, like an evil oman, although he denied that they were involved and said I was nuts.

 

I went to my therapist hysterical because my husband brought home a cat and that meant he was going to abandon me. She thought I was acting irrational. But that's exactly what happened about six months later. When he moved out I told him to take his cat with him. He said he could not because his new landlord did not allow pets. But that was a lie. His girlfriend had given him a new cat and later a second one. He stuck me with the first and said he did not want it because he thought it had turned out to be not a very nice cat. Gee thanks.

 

Well, it's been three years and the cat and I have become close and neither of us speak to him much anymore. Happy ending on that front.

shoot, thats not the worst. My friends remind me of my ex, anthony "lasagna" several times a year. He is the boy that thought God was telling him to dump me because i wasnt good enough for him. He tried to crawl back 3 days later.

I had one guy take a swing at me in my house, missed and put his fist through the wall behind my head as I ducked. I ended up having to hold his own .30-06 rifle on him until the cops got there to escort him and his stuff out of my place.

 

Later that week, he saw me out with a colleague and threw a full chocolate milkshake at my car.

 

Then he told everyone I was a 'witch' and a 'devil worshipper'.

When I was just 18, a young lady I was dating decided to end it with me.

 

As things were, I wasn't too upset as things hadn't been that good, so I told her that I was disappointed but understood why she'd chosen to end things (pretty level-headed for an 18 year old).

 

A few nights later, I saw her out at a local club that we frequented and said hello to her briefly then went to enjoy the rest of my night with friends. The thing I remember about that night was her pulling someone across the dance floor to where I was standing and proceeded to make out with them in a passionate and sloppy way, whilst trying to make eye contact with me.

 

I kept cool, went off to see some friends and we ended up leaving. It didn't end there, though.

 

The next Monday, she proceeded to complain to the school that I had been stalking and harassing her as a result of her dumping me. She told the school that I had threatened her too. These rumours went round the school and soon people who didn't even know me would spit at me (luckily, I had good friends who believed me). I was brought up in front of the headmaster and was told that the police had now been involved, I would be suspended and very likely expelled for this. He didn't even want to hear my side of the story, but luckily I was quite well known to the head of year as being completely the opposite of the way she had described me. Mrs Mitchell, I am still grateful!

 

An investigation was launched, with questions being asked of those who knew me (and even those who didn't) and they looked at some of the threatening messages that had been left on her desktop on the school network. I was in other lessons away from computers when some had been left so I was eventually cleared after a couple of nerve-wrecking weeks. Also, a few members of staff said that this would be uncharacteristic of me, whereas the young lady had a history of lying and making drama.

 

It became clear that she sent the messages to herself and I will never really understand why. She wasn't punished for it. I aged a few years in those weeks (so I actually looked 18!) and became slightly more guarded when it came to women. I was very close to having a criminal record and an expulsion all because I didn't act upset enough when someone dumped me and some people from my home town still believe the stories to be true nearly 10 years later. Hell hath no fury!

Then he and I had "breakup" sex when he officially dumped me to my face, (stupid, I know) and he (admittedly) went and told his friends the next day, "Ya I got that bitch to suck my -- and swallow my --." Ouch, over two years of dating, and that's the respect I get? Then I overheard him making a bet with his friend over getting laid. Then he sent me mean drunk texts once a week for 3 weeks telling me how happy he was without me, etc, to which I didn't respond. Then he came back 3 weeks later and we talked. He pretended to want to reconcile for about a month (told me he wanted me to get pregnant kinda, couldn't live without me, I was the one but we couldn't "date" right then but he wanted to eventually, etc.) and completely mislead me, then dumped me again through text message. Then he puts deliberate hurtful things on his myspace status'. And of course, he talks crap about me to his friends, and had them walk up to my car, throw a bottle in the air hoping it would land on my windshield, then they ran away. What the? My ex and his friends are 22! He's shown me a mean, HEARTLESS, ******* side of him I never knew could be that bad.

Well, one ex sued me, stole my keys and locked me out of the house... and I couldn´t get copies made... then she told the police I was stalking her so I couldn´t get inside my house without countersuing her. I won, I am in the house right now and she had to beg me to stay there while she was looking for another place.

 

But the sickest was this girl I had a fling with while on holiday. In another country. We broke up after a couple of weeks and I went on travelling and when I came home she had moved in with my parents (we were 19 or so at the time), whom she knew as our moms went to highschool together but weren´t too close anymore, and sold them a story that I was marrying her, implicated that she was pregnant, and that I told her to stay with them until I came home and then we would find a place and move in together. It took me a month to convince my parents that she made this story up, and another month to get her out...
