Anytime I get dumped I always feel ugly, no confidence sad lonely etc., well this time I just said screw it, and went dating not looking for anything serious not looking for a relationship, just casual dating. And it really helps knowing that gorgeous women are interested in me, boosted my confidence and self esteem and I'm enjoying myself.

the general idea is, more often than not, to be the dumper and not the dumpee.

that solved the problem for me

I suppose the older I get, the more I can understand the frustation some people have.

They don't want to waste time on something that isn't going anywhere.

When you're in your early 20's, there's heaps of time to date around, experiment and just have fun.

As you move into your 30's however, people start to feel the pressure to settle down and start a family.

Women become very focused on weeding out the good from the bad (understandable), so things tend to be pretty intense.

Personally, I'm just working on meeting more people through other avenues and not focusing at all on "dating".

Less stress that way ;)

Do not let anyone dictate your self worth. You are an amazing person and need to keep in mind not one person is EVER better than another. In my past I have been the dumper and the dumpee and it really doesnt matter which side your on it matters how you felt and were treated throughout moreso. Hope this helps!!:D

This is a great statement. Its the attitude that counts. Its about being a mentally strong person and focusing on the task at hand. Which is becoming a better human being day by day
