So I lost like 80 LBS total in the last year. One of my problem areas is my chin. Regardless of exercising I cannot lose this extra skin under my chin. Anyone have any suggestions aside from plastic surgery; which I probably could not afford anyway.

I don't think there is any other way to lose it apart from plastic surgery.

You should go see your doctor about it.

if your not very thin, then you should focus on losing more body fat, i myself get some under the chin when i get to about 16% bodyfat+ (im male)

so if you know where you stand in physical fitness level (are very thin) and you still have one then yes SURGERY would be the only real solution

I'd imagine a concerted effort to grab it and pull it down would make it loose over time. Why would you want that?
