Hurting. Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 Couldn't figure where to put this topic. But whats you're opinion on adding the ex again on facebook, we went NC got ages and now we just act normal to eachother, be polite, say hi, she seems over me, and obviously i've happily moved on and am happy in a new relationship. The 2 problems i don't want to come across after adding her, i don't want her to think im trying to rub in the fact I'm in a new relationship, however im 99.9% sure she is over me, so shouldn't be an issue. But i also don't want her thinkin i still have feelings for her by adding her on facebook ? Opinions. ?

Generally people who add people on fb do it because either they collect friends, or because they want to be able to check up on the person when the mood strikes. I think you should try to be totally honest with yourself and think about why you want to add her. Personally, if you two aren't trying to be friends IRL, I don't see the point in being FB friends. 1
