Ok, whenever I think of something that makes me sad, I do the following:

 

- Grab my iPod/headphones

- Go out for a walk with my dog

 

I listen to songs that make me laugh, aka offensive/meaningless rap music. I sing and dance to the songs as I walk my dog and I feel like I have no care in the world.

 

So, I thought I would make this thread for people to share their ways of coping with stress/sadness/anger/etc.

 

I also like listening to meditation music. I do this when it's too late/early to walk.
