also, the wife just overdrew her bank account, so I had to break the silence to tell her. Then she wrote asking me a question about something, and I wrote her back, also asking a question (pertinent to our situation), and she has not responded since.

 

i'm guessing it is because she DIDN'T get the job I asked about. Looks like I will be on her car title for at least one more month, until I can force her to sell it in the divorce proceedings. Damn.

I left her a nice, brief message, and how much do you people want to bet she isn't going to call back, even though it is about information she wants?

 

I like how she has to make me evil to be able to live with herself. At first it hurt, but now it is starting to be stupid. I'm a nice guy. Everyone has flaws, and I never did anything on purpose to hurt her.

I just wish I was more stoic at the beginning, instead of begging, pleading, being sorrowful, pouring out my heart...blah blah blah.

 

The veterans here knew what they were saying, and I'm sure had I listened I wouldn't be where I am today. However, there are interesting things going on in my world right now that...well, as painful as it was to get here, I do not lament.

 

I'm not saying I'm happy where I am, but I am saying I grew so much in such a short period of time, and the guys who on the first three pages to get my head out of my ass and start working on me were right.

 

end of story...it is like this secret club where you have to get your butt completely turned into a pile of jelly before you can actually understand who you can be on the other side.

 

I'm doing ok. I was lucky to man up and talk to her (the ex/girlfriend), but I don't think this is special, I think that had I the cajones, I would have walked up to a bunch since this started...

 

...there's a bunch out there, and with a little work, we can make it last for the long term.

 

Also, I just want to state right here, right now...those first few days where every ticking second feels like a goddamned eternity...that goes away. It takes a while, and you die a million deaths each second forever, but it does go away.

 

It just takes so f*cking long. God. It does get better, though.

I'm feeling good, Lis is feeling good, Lupas havin a ball with the ex, MayI's tearing up the new digs, hevent seen Ladybugs thread in a while. Even Delas cracking jokes and throwing smilies around. Did anyone else catch this is happening all at the same time?? I know were not at the end of the road, but did everyone have a moment of clarity or something? Arggg why does all the good stuff happen while I'm at work. Keep on keeping on guys, I'm gonna try to find some depressed people to help.
