I never really got the playing a guy like a puppet thing - as in I could never manage it. Always seems to be the other way around where I'm dancing on a string. It would be nice for once not to be the waiting around person, for the calls, the this, the that and just take charge - but of course with the important part, not having any expectations beyond that. Damn expectations, I think they will always make me a poor seductress .

anne1707 Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 When I did it, I was not expecting anything - there were no strings, no ulterior motives, etc. And no deviant behaviour . It was purely for the moment. As it is, it developed into something very important and special.

You obviously don't know what "deviant behavior" means. It's not an opinion. It's a statistical deviation from normal behavior. Women walking up to random men and asking for sex is statistically unlikely.

Thing is I actually don't fall in love very easily. So when I actually finally meet someone who I'm attracted to and they seem to be attracted to me I'm a gonner, because it's a rare occurance.

I meant old fashioned seduction, instead of the man humming and haawing 'hmm, should I see if I can give it a shot? What if she says no?' that the woman is the one who seduces him. Of course women and men walking up to random people on the street and asking for sex would be seen by many as somewhat odd behaviour and would cause the person being asked to be highly suspicious.

Okay glad we cleared that up. I may have misunderstood the OP. If a woman is too aggressive, yes, red flags will go up and it'll drive the man away. If the woman has the right mix of skills, she could do it to virtually any man and have him love it. Not many women have the skills to pull it off though.

Agreed - too agressive, actually too aggressive for both men and women (a good male friend of mine has this problem, not sure how to bring it up with him when he wails that no one wants him, he scares them off unfortunately). And the "not many women have the skills to pull it off" agreed here too. I think as well though, well actually I don't know, but there are guys out there who like the idea of being dominated (and no I don't mean by some woman wearing leather and brandishing a whip in one hand and a cheese-grater in the other) and those who don't get so much of a kick out of being dominated (like being the man), I'm guessing the former would be more seducible...or not?
