BoredPerson Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 I had a training day and one of the girls I did training with was really cute. She works in an executive support section and they're all really hot because they just are. I talked to her a fair bit, probably too much and I swear that at the end she gently kicked my knee under the table. When I looked up at her she sort of softly smiled. Now she might have smiled because I looked at her with my serious look due to just having her foot on my knee, or it might have been as a response to me recieving hypothetical message. What I was thinking of doing was IM'ing her and saying 'Nice meeting you yesterday want to get a coffee ?' but I'm not sure if that is sexual harassment or not.
Lucky_One Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 I am slender, and I love men. eom because that is just about all the effort i can dig up to comment on your dilemna.
start-fresh Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Don't feed the trolls folks. Get a new username bored. People are on to this one.
allina Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Now I know a lot of you hate me and are very mean because you are feminists and are upset about being overweight but that is no reason to bring your frustrations into my threads anymore. So I am nicely requesting that you do not complain about being overweight or talk about how you hate men on my thread. Thank you. This quote made me :lmao: so much IMing the woman is not sexual harassment. But I'd be careful. If she is not interested she might tell people at work that you're some sleazy/creepy guy who has been hitting on her.
burning 4 revenge Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 hahahahhaahhahahahahaha i did this and was rejected but im going to do it again and with the same girl
Trimmer Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 IMing her is great - if you're 16 and you are worried you won't see her before Mrs. Johnson's English class. If you're an adult - in whatever way you consider it important to be one - then talk to her face to face, or at least by phone. Show some cojones...
Els Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Good luck!!!! Hope she's 30lbs and loooooooooooooooves men, all of them!
Author BoredPerson Posted May 30, 2009 Author Posted May 30, 2009 Look I can't help it if you have a lot of insecurities about your weight. I am just here asking for advice on if it would be sexual harassment. Like I said I don't like fat women and they don't like me. They usually hate men anyway and always turn my problems into their problems by telling me it isn't fair that I don't like fat women. Well you can just lost weight and you won't have a problem anymore so instead of attacking me you can work on your problem by going for a walk or a run or by eating less for from McDonalds. You could even not eat at McDonalds ever and you might lose a heap of weight. Then you will lose weight and I will still not have a girlfriend and you can be like every other woman who rejects me and will be happy about not being fat and overweight, maybe then you will help me with my questions I just want to know if it would be sexual harassment to ask her to have coffee or not ??
Els Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Who's attacking you? We're just cheering you on. P.S. I'm 100 lbs. Do I qualify?
Kaybear Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 I'll be straight to the answer. I don't think it is considered sexual harassment to ask a girl out. Sexual harrassment would be asking the girl out repeatedly and then stalking her for hours and hours at a time, whining about how much you care and want to go out. Also. Everyone has a phone, or a computer these days. IMing and texting is mostly the way to go. Yet, I could understand a phone call would be charming, but if she's never gave it to you, then I suggest hitting her with an IM or talking to her in person. -Kaybear
