I don't know if my opinion counts because I am mixed (black and filipino) but I know alot of black women who are attracted to white guys. I think you should consider yourself fair game (verses black guys) with any black women if you are a good person and you treat her special.

Err... no it's not out of the question? Why would it be? Women of colour are still... women? Human beings in general have a HUGE variety to them and their tastes. I will say that if you have a certain "type" that you're keen on, your best chance is to find social circles where those women are likely to frequent.
