Bells Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Of course, not the vegetable...but apparently a personality type. I saw a woman express how she don't like men who are "Onions" Which means there's different "layers" or something, a metaphor for a personality type. But, how is being an Onion a bad thing? Just curious. I thought "Onion", in comparison, was similar to mysterious.

Because they're like "onions". lol If the man is a player, the more you get to know him, the more you see beneath his lies and his confidence to find that he's not who he seems to be. So it's basically like peeling an onion. Under each layer, there's either more secrets, a different personality, skeletons in the closet, etc. you get the idea.
nittygritty Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Onion thinkers have multiple layers. Potato thinkers don't. The woman was basically saying she likes men that are simple minded. Non-deep thinkers and feelers. I associate that with people that aren't very intelligent.
