notalone Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 There are two sides to every coin. Just like us, the heartbreaker lot too must have their own version of the story. Most of us at some point have wondered what brought the break-up on, if we did something wrong in the relationship. Most of us have hashed and rehashed the final conversation in our minds...trying to figure out what was it that made the person of all our affection turn their back on us. What do you think would be their reply to all the talking we do here? What would they give as honest reasons for putting us in this gigantic mess?? P.S: It is obviously a question for the dumped. But the dumpees are welcome to put in their thoughts too.
gavroche Posted May 24, 2009 Posted May 24, 2009 Well from my situation, my ex told me that due to my lack of affection she got frustrated and withdrew into herself and away from me, she says she really likes me but cannot have a relationship with me, even though I know she is disappointed and really wanted it to work. She is upset about what happened. Looking back, she went off me about six weeks before the final end, I saw the signals and should have addressed them then. What upsets me the most is that we should have sorted it out before it was too late, she told me this on the phone just before I started NC five days ago. Just wish this knot in my stomach would go away!
