What should I say? How should I start a convo with her?

Okay,

 

For the past two weeks I've been taking my younger brothers to the park since its been rather decent out and at the same time I've taken them there's been this girl who take's her niece and nephew out (I know this because she told me) to the same park as well.

 

My brothers have been playing with her niece and newphew lately and I've also play a little game of ball with them. She also plays mainly with her niece but goes around to her nephew.

 

I finally got to speak to her since I asked her for a quick favor (to watch my brothers while I went to get them ice cream, and I also offered one for her and her niece and nephew since she did me the favor) and I was able to find out her name and know that she lives not too far away from me.

 

We had a brief conversation but we didn't get too talk too long since she had to leave. I think I did a fairly decent job with talking to her and she seemed responsive and nice enough to talk to me.

 

What I am worried about is if I see her again how should I approach her and start up another conversation and get to know more about her? I'm not madly in love but I think she's very pretty and seems to be quite nice and cool and I would like to get to know a girl to hang out with and get to know.

 

I'm usually confident in approaching the women I think I can approach but for some reason my confidence kind of lowered since the break up my ex.
