You're right. And I know many guys who would find that rather disgusting behavior and would be afraid to put any body parts into either orifice without two layers of tungsten steel condom.

It depends so much on the woman in question its not even funny.

If she was fat or ugly, yeah, most guys would be grossed out.

If she was some 21 year old hottie, I highly doubt any guy would be 'disgusted'. He might not act on it, he might think it was trashy, but I doubt that he would be anywhere near 'offended'.

Even if she's a fatty I mean c'mon ... how many guys (that aren't gay) would run to HR to fill out a sexual harassment form?

That **** is ridiculous.

One of the puerto rican chicks from assembly could grab my package and I'd probably laugh it off. I'm not saying we live ina perfect society void of double standards but it is what it is and Quagmire rolls with it.

.... I think you would be hard pressed to find any guy who was seriously offended by seeing a woman with no panties on bend over in front of them.

Depends on the woman. A lot.

I cant think of any situation that would cause me to file a harrasment charge with HR. I've had women slap me in the ass, tell me Im a hottie, and all kinds of other stuff, and I wasnt interested at all, but didnt really care.

You only know 5 positions?

LOL... don't be crude.

i wouldn't do anything except tell all the other dudes in teh office so they could get a sneak peek also

I'm sorry, but this is hilarious.. because I have a feeling that's what every guy would do if this were a real situation. :lmao:

I'm thinking webcam and motion activated capture. She'd have her own website in no time.

Say you had a nice office job, and one of your attractive female employees, comes to work in a very short firm fitting dress. She walks pass you, and purposely drops something like a pen, and in clear shot view bends over and reveals to you that she has on no underwear.

Would you report her for sexual harassment? or would you take that as an invitation for sex and try to hook up with her later after work?

depending on mood I would:

1) completely ignore her

2) give her such an unimpressed and grumpy look that I bet she'll go home during lunch break to change

3) give her a nice, juicy slap on the azz (and then ignore her again)

regardless of the choice above, there will be graphic depiction of the episode at the bar for sure

I get that. But my question wasn't whether or not it would be an accident in the eyes of HR, but if the guy would report her or try to sleep with her. I really don't care about how HR would view it really. I wasn't trying to steer the discussion in that direction...

why are you being so rude to me?

If I may be so bold... I get the sense that these "what if party A does this, adn then party B does that..." third-person hypotheticals are kind of boring. They lack personal connection. The point that people want to know is: did you see this happen? Was it you? Enough with the hypotheticals - what's your angle?

Now, certainly you are not obliged to share, but that's why people are more on the ambivalent side about the discussion in the hypothetical, and more interested in your real connection to the topic...

Her's is missionary.

I would state rather loudly she's in commando mode.

Ah,

Hilarious OP,

Part of the double standard. If it were one of the women in my office , I'd like to report them to HR. However, office politics being what they are, its not a good idea if its a one time deal. Either way, its expected that a man can handle things on his own and would have to turn in his man card for asking HR for assistance.

If you do try this, you will be perceived as a skank and treated accordingly. Some guys will nail you and then laugh about it by the water cooler. Other guys will maintain professional distance, and then laugh about it at the water cooler.

Perhaps you've nearly hit upon the perfect combination: nail her in private, maintain professional distance at work, and don't admit to anything at the water cooler.

You don't think that revealing one's genitals and anus to another is sexual harassment? I don't see any legitimate "oops" in this story. Nonsense.

Well, when a man flash his thing before a lady, that does count as sexual harassment. Why not the same for woman? At least an offense to eyes without invitation?

she has no self respect. The best way is to put GREAT distance between you to avoid trouble.

People lost their gender roles in these days.

Because clearly, based on this thread, men are harder to offend. LOL

That's really mean. Doesn't speak any more highly of a guy that would do that.

How is that mean? She gets the sex and doesn't loose face professionally for it.

Or, are you saying that the drama is more valuable than the sex?

You know what - it was something commonly referred to as "a joke." Note the echo of the phraseology of the previous poster, but with a twist of meaning?

But now that I think about it, I agree with the subsequent poster: even if you had taken me literally, how is it "really mean?" Other than the obviously offensive use of the verb "to nail" (which again, I repeated for comedic effect, and note that this offense accrues to me and my filthy mouth, not to "the man" I'm describing...) but moving on and accepting it at its literal meaning, how would you change my proposal to make it less "mean?" Have the man be inappropriately personal and unprofessional at work? Have the man brag and blab about it to his buddies in the office?

Or do you just generally find it "mean" for a man to consider the possibility of having sex with a woman - a woman the OP has stipulated has done this specifically to get the man's attention... Where exactly is the meanness here?

Posted

I'd drop my pen and ask her to pick it up for me, then smile and ask her to join me at happy hour.

1) I wouldn't report her, cuz unlike some of of the stupid sexual harassment charges out there, like getting a guy in trouble for simply telling a woman she looks nice today, I am not that ridiculous.

and

2) no I wouldn't take it as an invitation to sex and try to hook up with her after work...I'd be thinking..."must be a s!ut" not my type.

In today's harrassment world, if a woman wasn't wearing anything underneath and exposed herself, accidentally or otherwise, and she caught a man looking, I bet there would be some group out there that thinks the man should be reported for sexual harrassment for looking.....that is of course unless the man is attractive.

Posted

I've been on the receiving end of sexual harassment from a female. I didn't report it as it did not bother me; in fact, I wound up f***ing my boss many times in her office. We had a great time.

What I'm saying is, it takes more than a dropped pen. Women who want something badly enough eventually show their desperate side, even when they're in a position of power.

I'd say, "oh man!!!..................whats that smell??"

Dont sh*t where you eat....thats the motto

If she continued to place the pen gently in her 'pencil castle'....then we might have a problem
